Vulcanite will supply Primary Chevron Springs for bogie overhaul of Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Metro Red Line fleet of vehicles
Vulcanite has been awarded the contract to supply of 700 plus Primary Chevron Springs for the bogie (truck) overhaul of the MBTA’s Metro Red line No 2 cars.
We have been working very closely with the MBTA team for over two years and have established a relationship that includes supply of primary suspensions as well as partnering with MBTA on the redesign & validation project for primary springs on other vehicles.
